I only knew Mrs. Murphy for a brief period of time, but it did not take long to grow to love her. Her quick wit and humor were enviable and unmatched. Her love was almost overwhelming, especially when it came to her family. One can only hope for the ability to love as deeply and completely as she did. With absolute sincerity, she taught me the "I love you more game" and told me to call her grandma only the second time I saw her. She was a very special woman with whom I feel privileged to have spent some time. I cannot imagine the hole that she has left in the lives of those who loved her longer. My deepest condolences to her family and friends.
