Shirley (Grabski) Ridge

       Shirley Grabski Ridge, age 73 of Chesterton, passed away peacefully on June 23, 2024, surrounded by family after a long battle with cancer.

       She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Margret "Peg" Grabski and her beloved son Robert "Robby" Ridge Jr. 

       She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Robert "Bob" Ridge Sr; her daughter Tammi (Preston) Gianniny; granddaughters Regina "Gina" Gianniny  and Christina "Tia" (Trey) Jarrell; her grandsons Christopher Gianniny and Raylon Jarrell; her brothers Frank (Darlene) Grabski and Ron (Char) Grabski; her sister Linda (Bill Anderson) Pescho; and by her nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind very special friends Krystal, Serenity and her "girls" travel group whom she loved very much.

       Shirley will be missed by many. She was a fun, loving, and all-around great soul who loved everyone. She never met a stranger and was always the life of the party.

       Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 2 p.m. at White-Love Funeral Home, 525 S 2nd St., Chesterton, IN.   The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
