Sheila T. (Robinson) Lemmons

       Sheila T. Lemmons, age 65 of Chesterton, IN, passed away on December 4, 2022. She was born on December 22, 1956 in Hobart, IN to William and Nettie (Forman) Robinson, both of whom preceded her in death. 

       She is survived by her sons, Michael Lemmons of Chesterton and William Lemmons of Chesterton; her grandchildren: Robert, Lydia, William Jr., and Lillian; her nieces: Angela, Nicole, and Jennifer Keefe; and by her sister, Fernetta (David) Dummel of Plainfield.

       In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Lemmons Sr. on November 17, 2020; and by her nephew, Robert Keefe.

       Sheila was very community driven and loyally donated to Toys for Tots. She was always lending a helping hand to those in need and regularly took people to the store. 

       The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 8, 2022 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at White-Love Funeral Home, 525 S 2nd St., Chesterton, IN.

       A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022 at 10 a.m. at Chesterton Cemetery.

       Memorials may be given to: Toys for Tots or to the Westchester Neighbors Food Pantry: 801 Broadway Ave, Chesterton, IN 46304.
