Sharon Faye (Fox) Beare

Sharon Faye Beare, age 77 of Chesterton, IN, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2020.  She was born on August 22, 1942 in Joliet, IL to Arthur and Faye (Austin) Fox, both of whom preceded her in death.   On June 6, 1964, she married the love of her life, David Lee Beare, who preceded her in death on March 12, 2017.

 

She is survived by her loving children, Sandra (Scott) Mullins of Hastings, MI and Randy (Georgia Layman) Beare of Porter, IN; and by her adoring grandchildren, Amanda and Skylar.  

 

Sharon was a loving mother and an avid reader and loved writing short stories.  Her great sense of humor was evident in her writing. She also enjoyed painting pottery. After the passing of her husband, she had been a resident at Chesterton Manor.  She had made many special friends there, especially some of the staff, and will be truly missed.

 

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
