Pamela “Pam” Jo Hrees, age 77 of Chesterton, IN, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2021. She was born on August 27, 1944 in Munster, IN to Philip and Eliza Bess (Lucas) Ravenscroft, both of whom preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael Hrees III in 1995; her sister, Gail; and by Gail's husband, Tom Bodnar.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Sundai Hrees of Chesterton, IN and Tasha (James) Freeman of Chesterton, IN; her grandchildren, Max and Cassie; her grandfur-babies, Widget and Lucy; and by her siblings: Jerry (Marlene) Ravenscroft of California and Lisa (Jim) Wells of Valparaiso, IN.

Pam lived in five different countries with her family. She moved back to the States 25 years ago after she and her husband built their "House of Dreams" in Chesterton. She will forever be remembered as a wonderful Mom, Grams, sister, and friend.
