Nori Gonzalez

       Nori Gonzalez, age 60 of Valparaiso, IN, passed away on Monday, March 8, 2021 in Valparaiso, IN. She was born on January 3, 1961 in Sorsogon City, Philippines, to Henry Gonzalgo Sr. and Irenea (Corocoto) Gonzalgo, both of whom preceded her in death. 

       On June 12, 2006 in the Philippines, she married the love of her life, Louis "Bruce" Gonzalez, who preceded her in death on January 29, 2012.

       She is survived by her loving siblings: Henry Gonzalgo Jr., Nilo Gonzalgo, Frenie Gonzalgo, Pilar Gonzalgo, Edna Higuit, and Donato Gonzalgo; and by her friend, Jennifer Escudero.

       Nori was employed as a CNA at Addison Pointe Health and Rehabilitation Center for several years.  She took great pride in her work and loved helping others. 

       Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 11 a.m. at White-Love Funeral Home, 525 S 2nd St., Chesterton, IN, with Father Jon Plavcan officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
