Neal Edwin Nicholson

       Beloved son, brother, and friend Neal Edwin Nicholson, 36, of Chesterton passed from this world on Thursday, September 30, 2021. He was born to Thomas and Victoria Nicholson on January 26, 1985. Neal proceeded to make an impact on all who knew him.  Charming and outgoing, he made friends everywhere he went.  He was a young man who cared deeply about those around him and always wanted to be of help.  He had a passion for cooking and always had an eye out for his next adventure, whether it was a cycling trip to the dunes or a hike to find mushrooms.  He loved life and music, and always wanted to be around people.  An avid student of history and collector of WWII memorabilia, Neal sought for greater understanding and devoured new information. His light touched so many and will live on in all who knew him.

       He is survived by this mother, Victoria, his father, Thomas, his sister, Mary Nicholson, and many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

       Visitation will be held at White-Love Funeral Home located at 525 South Second Street in Chesterton, IN on Friday,  October 8, 2021 from 4-7 p.m. with a memorial service to start at 6:30pm.  We hope that anyone whose life was touched by Neal will join our family in celebrating his memory.
