Logan James Blake

       Beautiful baby boy, Logan James Blake, passed away at birth and was greeted in the arms of his Heavenly Father on October 21, 2024.  
       He is survived by his loving parents, Kyle and Brittany (Milzarek) Blake, of Portage, IN. He is also survived by his loving brothers, Coltyn and Travis Blake of Portage, IN; his maternal grandparents, Nick and Wendy Milzarek of Chesterton, IN; his paternal grandparent, Shannon Blake of Valparaiso, IN; his maternal great-grandparents, Norbert and Adrienne Milzarek of Porter, IN; his maternal great-grandparents, Tom and Darlene Kaufman of Calumet City, IL; and by his paternal great-grandparents, Tim and Pam Jeremiah of Portage, IN.
