Linda A. (Ehrick) Ferrari

       Linda A. Ferrari, age 70, of Valparaiso, IN, passed away on April 2, 2026. She was born on March 24, 1956, in LaPorte, IN, to Robert J. and Barbara (Hartz) Ehrick, both of whom preceded her in death.

       On August 6, 1977, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, she married the love of her life, Peter Ferrari III, who survives in Valparaiso, IN. 

       She is also survived by her loving children, Peter (Rachael) Ferrari IV of Valparaiso, IN and Laura (Derek) Kennett of Valparaiso, IN; her adoring grandchildren: Chloe Kennett, Carson Kennett, Tate Ferrari, and Rhett Ferrari; and by her faithful dog, Gus. 

       In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Donald.

       Linda loved to shop. She enjoyed soaking up the sun on the boat at Marco Island. She also loved being on the water in Culver Indiana, and spent many hours enjoying the sun there. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She will forever be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

       Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 1 p.m. at White-Love Funeral Home, 525 S 2nd St., Chesterton, IN.  The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Chesterton Cemetery.
