Lavera M. (Brown) Lambert

       Lavera M. Lambert, age 94 of Chesterton, IN, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2022 in Chesterton.  She was born on May 23, 1928 to Fredrick and Myra (Weber) Brown, both of whom preceded her in death.

       She is survived by her brother-in-law, David Jones of Chesterton, IN; her nephew, Craig A. (Rachael) Jones of Chesterton, IN; her nieces, Beth (Wes) York of Chesterton, IN and Vera Jones of Michigan City, IN; sister-in-law, Lou DeWulf of Chesterton, IN; great-niece, Elisabeth (Chris) Ruge; great-nephews, Paul Jones and Jason Jones; and by her great great niece and nephew, Shannon Ruge and Evan Ruge.

       In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Lambert, her sister, Dorothy Jones, and her nephew, David Jones.

       A Graveside Service will be held at a future date at Graceland Cemetery for family and close friends.
