Larry A. Duhamell

       Larry A. Duhamell, age 76, of Chesterton, IN, passed away on March 10, 2026.  He was born on July 9, 1949, in Marion, IN to Donald Eugene and Wilma (Fischer) Duhamell, both of whom preceded him in death. 

       He is survived by his loving daughters, Adrien Miller (Kevin) of Chesterton, IN and Victoria Halfacre (Billy) of LaPorte, IN; his treasured grandchildren: Camma Duhamell, Roxanne Ingold, Penelope Halfacre, and Miles Halfacre; and his adoring great-granddaughter, Gwendolyn Jugovic.

       In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lynnette Huddleston Duhamell, who preceded him in death on January 13, 2023; and by his sister, Susan Bonfitto.

       Larry was a fan of IU football and enjoyed reading in his free time.  He will forever be remembered as a wonderful father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend.

       Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at White-Love Funeral Home, 525 S. 2nd St., Chesterton, IN. Burial will follow at Chesterton Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Monday, March 16, 2026, from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
