James Lloyd Edward Stump, age 57 of Chicago, IL, passed away suddenly on December 8, 2020. He was born on August 23, 1963 in Korea to Edward Lloyd Stump, who preceded him in death on November 1, 1990 and Chung Suk (Byon) Stump, who preceded him in death on November 20, 2020.
Jim is survived by his children, Edward Bank Stump and Destiny Jade Stump; his siblings: Roselee (Adam Nugnis) Sonaty, Patrice (James) Davis, and George Stump; by his nieces and nephews: Jim (Megan) Hernandez,Joe (Hayley Hardesty) Sonaty, Amanda (Ryan Carney) Stump, Julie (Karli Cole) Stump, Sean (Kelly) Davis, Cori (Josh) Fern, and Amber Davis; and by his great-nieces and great-nephews, Allissa, Aiden, Monika, Paige, and Jude.
Jim was a member of the Iron Worker Union Local #1. He loved his family and his friends. One of his favorite hobbies was fishing. He was a genuine person who would help anyone in need.
