Iva Pearl (Linderman) Davis

 Iva Pearl Davis, age 82 of Crown Point, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at her home. She was born on September 24, 1934 in Valparaiso, IN to Frank and Edith Brown Linderman, both of whom preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children: David (Kathy) Davis of Schererville, IN, Sharon Davis of Crown Point, IN, Alvin (Anita) Davis of Pottsboro, TX, Shawn (Bob) Dorrance of Crown Point, IN, Steve (Jennifer) Davis of Porter, IN, and Michelle Dubbs of Chesterton, IN; her sixteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

She is also preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Davis; her grandson, Joshua Liddiard; her sisters: Sarah, Mabel, and Alice; and by her brothers: Walt, Frank, and Fred.

Iva loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren with all her heart.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 10 a.m. at White-Love Funeral Home, 525 South Second Street, Chesterton with Pastor Dee Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Chesterton Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at White-Love Funeral Home.
