Glenn Russell Friday, age 55 of Chesterton, IN, passed away suddenly on May 2, 2020. He was born on October 6, 1964 in Valparaiso, IN to Hank (Julie) Friday of Rolling Prairie, IN and Carolyn Medrano of Chesterton, IN.

He is also survived by his loving daughters: Heather (Brandon) Willsey of LaPorte, IN, Stormy Friday of Chesterton, IN, and Annie Friday of Chesterton, IN; his stepchildren: Sammie (JR) Gerber of LaPorte, IN, Shannon Gerber of Lake Station, IN, and Joey (Candice) Gerber of Berea, KY; his grandchildren: Cameron, Reagan, Abigail, Dylan, Justin, Chloe, and Ryan; his former wife, Karen Friday; and by his adoring pups, JD and Charlie.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Linda Friday, who preceded him in death on September 26, 2017.

Glenn proudly served his country in the United States Army. He loved riding motorcycles and going camping with his family. He was also a member of the American Legion Post 100.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and for the safety of the family and the community at large, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
