George Dragovich Obituary

George Peter Dragovich age 74 of Chesterton, passed away on May 17, 2017. He was born on April 10, 1943 in East Chicago, IN to Samuel and Mary Dragovich, both of whom preceded him in death. He is also survived by his children: Colleen (Robert) Sheffer of Walkerton, George (Dawn Lamar) Dragovich of Thayer, and Tracy (James) Stovall of Crown Point; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and brothers, Samuel Steven Dragovich of East Chicago and Joseph Dragovich of East Chicago.

He is also preceded in death by his brother, Victor Dragovich and his friend, Cindy Krantz.

George worked as a Coordinator at Inland Steel for many years. He was a very hardworking man who enjoyed riding his bike and lifting weights. He was also a flawless craftsman.

There will be no services held at this time.
