Obituary
Flora Steber, age 89 of Chesterton, IN, passed away on April 10, 2022. She was born on April 2, 1933 in Bangor, Maine.
She is survived by her loving husband, Donald Steber Sr.; her children: Marie (Joseph) Butz of Manteno, IL, April Tubbs of Lafayette, IN, and Don (Rhonda) Steber of Valparaiso, IN; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and by her brother, Samuel (Betty) Oakes of Connecticut.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Flora loved to cook for her family and go shopping.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at White-Love Funeral Home, 525 S 2nd St., Chesterton, IN. A Graveside will be held immediately following the visitation at Chesterton Cemetery.
