Evelyn F. Drlich

       Evelyn F. Drlich, age 92 of Chesterton, IN, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2023.  She was born on June 9, 1931 in Gary, IN to Edward and Frances (Campbell) Schauberger, both of whom preceded her in death. 

       She is survived by her loving children, Robert Drlich of Hudsonville, MI and Pamela Veden; her grandchildren, Joshua Drlich and Alayna Drlich; and by her sister, Ethel McMahan.

       In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wallace Drlich; her beloved son, Edward Drlich; and by her siblings: Edward, Mary Lou, and Carol.

       Evelyn was a devoted member of Fairhaven Baptist Church, where she was incredibly active in church activities such as Sunday school and the Jolly 60’s. She also worked in the church office. 

       Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Fairhaven Baptist Church, 86 E Oak Hill Rd, Chesterton, IN. Burial will follow at Chesterton Cemetery.
