Eric obtained an associate’s degree from Vincennes University and then later his bachelor’s from IU, both in criminal justice. It was during Eric’s time at IU that he chose to become baptized in the Catholic religion.
Eric enjoyed helping his mother with many different organizations. He selflessly volunteered his time to LULAC, Mary Angeles Scholarship Fund, and Westchester Horseshoe League, being in charge of the grunt work.
