Dianna Kathleen (Stufflebeam) Frain

Dianna Kathleen Frain, age 69 of Valparaiso, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at her home.  She was born on August 20, 1945 in Mott, ND to Edwin Alton and Anna Treib-Stufflebeam, both of whom preceded her in death. 

On December 11, 1965 she married Larry J. Frain, who survives in Valparaiso. 

She is also survived by her son, Joe (Dawn) Frain of Lake Station, IN, her daughter, Holly Games of Burns Harbor, IN; grandchildren: Amber (Josh) Frain-Curtis of Portage, IN, Elissa Frain of Lake Station, IN, Katrina Games of Burns Harbor, IN, Tyler Games of Burns Harbor, IN and Lilliana Games of Burns Harbor, IN.

Also surviving is her brother, Bill Stufflebeam of Middlebury, IN and her sister, Angie (Dennis) Henke of Michigan and her son-in-law Ron Games of Plymouth, IN.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Loyd Stufflebeam.

Dianna was a member of at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Chesterton, where she was an active member of the Alter Guild.  She was an Edison High School graduate and worked as an Insurance Agent for thirty years. She was a phenomenal cook and her pies were her signature dish. 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 106 E 1100 N, Chesterton, IN 46304 with Pastor Erich Fickel officiating.  Burial will follow in Winamac, IN. The family will receive friends on Friday, April 17, 2015 from 4 until 8 p.m. at White-Love Funeral Home, 525 South 2^nd St., Chesterton, IN.
