Cynthia Jane Wentz

       Cynthia Jane Wentz, age 63 of Chesterton, IN, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2020.  She was born on February 20, 1957 in Gary, IN to James E. Snyder and Marcena Jane Owens, both of whom preceded her in death.  

       She is survived by her loving children, Tammy Lynn French of Valparaiso, IN and Michael Cutter Coleman of Florida; her adoring grandchildren: Raelyn White of Chesterton, IN, Sierra French of Valparaiso, IN, and Whiney White of Marietta, OH; her treasured great-grandchildren, Seneca “Rockstar” Foster of Marietta, OH and Braxton Foster of Marietta, OH; and by her sister, Cathy DuCharme of Lake Mary, FL. 

       She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, John Wentz. 

       Cynthia enjoyed lunch dates with her treasured granddaughters. She enjoyed attending Road to Life Church, when she was able. She was also an avid reader and belonged to a local book club.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her beloved family. She will forever be fondly remembered as a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. 

       No services will be held at this time.
