Beth (Hammond) Miegl

       Beth Hammond Miegl, age 64 of Chesterton, IN, passed away on November 9, 2022. She was born on December 7, 1957 in Michigan City, IN to John Robert and Donna Beth (Hudson) Hammond, both of whom preceded her in death. 

       She is survived by her children, Jonathan (Tammy) Miegl of Valparaiso, IN and Jenna Miegl of Mount Vernon, IN; her grandchildren: Amelia, Maverick, Miley, and Braelynn; her brother, Robert (Lisa) Hammond of Tampa, FL; and by many nieces and nephews. 

       In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Allen Miegl, and by her sister, Jana Foust.

       Beth was a member of the Chesterton United Methodist Church, where she belonged to many circles. She was also a member of Tri Kappa.

       No services will be held at this time. 

       Memorial donations in honor of Beth may be given to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation National Headquarters, 6520 N. Andrews Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309.
