With sympathy, understanding and prayer, our faith, love and support are here for you today and always. Elaine was a first cousin and we shared high school years together along with a few other first cousins. Even though our paths did not cross much in later years I will always remember the "fun fifties" and the large Cashbaugh togetherness we shared thru the years. There are not many of us left. It is with sadness that I say goodbye to another family member. Hugs to all of you, Sharon & Phil

I'm very sorry to learn the news of Elaine's passing, and to not be comfortable going to a memorial at this time. I remember going to her wedding to Owen, and how happy she looked. Owen, to my memory, didn't show much outward affection, but what a wonderful and loving marriage. My best to her children, who were favorites of my Mother.

Lady Elaine was the best 3rd grandma the Norris family could ever have had. She nurtured and loved our children as her own. She made it possible for us to go to our jobs each day knowing our children were having the best time making those wonderful Christmas cookies or riding on the tractor at the farm. So many wonderful memories we will always cherish. Rest In Peace dear Elaine💜

I met Elaine 27 years ago. She was my hardanger teacher. Our handwork class met weekly for many years and she was one of the main reasons I went faithfully. She almost always was either smiling or laughing. She was also very talented at her craft. I enjoyed her stories of her life and the kids she took care of. I remember her reasoning for letting children make a mess while making shape cookies...let them make a mess and learn, and later they can do it all. She will be missed.

Elaine was my roommate at St.Margaret's Nursing school in 1958-1961. We shared so many happy times and memories of our friends, marriages, children and idiosyncrasy's. She was a true friend and I have so many wonderful memories as well as items she made for me and my mother. I will always cherish those and her memory. May she rest in peace. Bill and I offer our deepest sympathy to Andy, Pat, Paul, Lynn and your families. We are sincerely sorry for your loss.

I so sorry to hear of Elaine's passing. I last saw her at my mom's visitation and had a few minutes to catch up with her.
I will forever remember her laugh when our moms were visiting and us kids were outside playing and all those Halloween's Elaine and my mom carted all of us all over Jackson Twp trick or treating. All fond memories of one very wonderful lady!
