We are very honored to have known Elmer. I really enjoyed the conversations with Elmer when he was in his garden or out in the yard when I was visiting Bill next door. Mary treasured growing up next door to Elmer & Paulene and thinks of them as family. Our deepest sympathies go out to the Mannen family. Please accept our
sincere condolences.
