 Margaret Rhoda, age 85 of Chesterton, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Porter Regional Hospital. She was born on March 9, 1931 in Chesterton, IN to Thomas and Faye Maney, both of whom preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children: Brenda (John) Graves of Colorado, Bryan (Mary Lou) Rhoda of Chesterton, Ben (Sally) Rhoda of Chesterton, Carl (Sandy) Rhoda of Florida, and Tammy Rhoda of Chesterton; her twelve grandchildren; and by her nine great-grandchildren.
She is also preceded in death by her siblings: Seth Amos Maney, Doris Stout, Richard Maney, Jacque Goins, Jack Maney, and George Maney.

Margaret worked as a Supervisor at Bethlehem Steel for many years.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 7 p.m. at White-Love Funeral Home, 525 South Second Street, Chesterton, IN with Pastor Aaron Ban officiating. The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
