It is at times like these when you are not sure of what to say or what to do. Please know that your family are in our thoughts, our hearts, and our prayers.
We are made to believe that there is a purpose and a reason for each season of our lives that we meet. Some bring tears of joy, as others bring tears of sorrow. At this place and time in your journey, it is hard to understand why a son was taken so young from his mother and his family.
To have his mother follow him so soon on to glory is nearly inconceivable for the heart as well as the mind. Please know that it is God in control of this big picture. He knows the moment of our conception, and of when we too shall pass through the veil of death.
If you do not have a relationship with God, please let me encourage you to seek Him. He alone can comfort those who mourn through His love and His tender mercies. He gives our lives meaning when we are at our weakest, and shows us that there is hope for each and every tomorrow.
He never promised us that there will never be more rain, He did promise us shelter from the storms of life, and rainbows as a reminder of that promise. We may not see the shelter that he has provided at first, but one day we will. All we have to do is ask Jesus into our hearts, and invite Him to stay. He gave His life on the cross at Calvary to stand in propitiation of our sins. It is written that no man shall come unto the Father except through Jesus Christ, His son and our Savior.
I pray that your hearts are filled with many joyous memories, and that you are given the tender mercies that only our Father and Son can give.
With our heartfelt sympathy and love;
Mark and Gena Maze
